Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept: Maestro Delta Solo Visa Mastercard When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling
We will endevour to deliver your goods to you within 5 working days from the order date. If there is likely to be a delay we will advise you accordingly, you will have the right to cancel your order and to obtain a full refund should the revised date be unnaceptable. Delivery of items up to 2kg will be made by Royal Mail or Parcelforce during the working day. Delivery of items over 2kg and multiple consignments will be delivered by Business Post. One delivery attempt will be made, a further delivery charge may be levied by Business Post if a second delivery attempt is required. If special arrangements are required for delivery, please send an E-mail at the time of order to : sales@motormania.co.uk advising of where the parcel should be delivered. Delivery charges vary depending on the products ordered. |

Delivery Schedule
We will endevour to deliver your goods to you within 5 working days from the order date. If there is likely to be a delay we will advise you accordingly, you will have the right to cancel your order and to obtain a full refund should the revised date be unnaceptable. In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will hold the whole order but keep you informed. If however, you would prefer a part shipment just let us know. We are trying to do our bit for the environment and cut out unnecessary deliveries. It's always your decision aswe just want to make sure that you are happy. |

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Under the customer Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days, starting the day after the receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. This is your cooling off period. The cancellation must be in a durable medium. You will be required to return the goods as soon as possible and a notice will be sent of cancelation. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return of the goods. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied. It is reccomended that the customer used insurance backed post to protect the goods. The customer should try to return the goods in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. |
